Dinner theater with an Irish flavor

The Baton Rouge Irish Club will host a series of performances this weekend at Cafe Americain (Map it!) The group will present Lafferty’s Wake, an odd but interactive comedy about an Irish funeral, at the restaurant, and patrons can also order dinner before the performance. Friday and Saturday’s shows start at 7:30 p.m. with dinner service at 6 p.m. Sunday’s performance will begin at 2:30 p.m. with lunch service at 1 p.m. Tickets can only be purchased at the restaurant, and reservations for dinner will be taken at the time of ticket purchase.
