Dinner pairs bistro favorites with fine wines

Bistro Byronz hosts a Bistro Wine Dinner pairing favorite menu items with fine wines Wednesday, April 23. The fixed price menu will include a pudding du pain appetizer, Mimi side salad, corn and crab soup, champagne chops and heavenly hash parfaits. Featured wine samplings will accompany each course.
