Show offs: Don’t miss the 14th annual Women Chefs’ Show Off on March 12, benefitting the Capital Area Family Violence Intervention Center and Battered Women’s Program. Click here for details.Fighting Lou Gehrig’s: Help the state ALS Association chapter raise money for research by swinging by the Times Grille on March 24 or Bistro Byronz on April 7. Both restaurants will give 15% of that day’s dining proceeds to the state association, which in turn helps find a cure for people with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.
