POUNDS OF BEEF CURBSIDE FOOD TRUCK USES PER WEEK.
Chef Nick Hufft’s popular gourmet burgers—with signature pork belly preserves, praline bacon, fried eggs and other hefty toppings—are gaining followers, when locals can find them.
Hufft has been riding Curbside’s success in all sorts of directions, opening a kitchen at Barcadia in New Orleans and fleshing out a plan for a permanent project in Baton Rouge. In a Facebook post in May, Hufft apologized for the truck’s scant appearances, but said, “We’re in the process of training a team to get the truck back up and running full time.”
