Dance performance remembers bus boycott

The Mid City Dance Project presents The Fading Line: A Commemoration of the 1953 Baton Rouge Bus Boycott at the Magnolia Performing Arts Pavilion at Baton Rouge Community College at 7 p.m. Feb. 15-16. This multimedia dance presentation tells the important story of the civil-rights movement in Baton Rouge, which preceded Brown v. Board of Education and Rosa Parks. Admission is free with a non-perishable food item for The Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
