But timing is everything, and now Crossing Over is asking Americans fretting over their finances to delve deep into another difficult issue facing the country, illegal immigration. Harrison Ford stars as a Los Angeles-based border agent in this multi-threaded narrative that bounces back and forth between families in the spirit of Traffic. Fanning out to run the gamut of the illegal immigrant experience, Crossing Over shows the hardship and strain placed on both sides of the law.
