Coming-of-age comedy comes fast with the laughs

Everyone’s favorite love-it or it-annoyed-me coming-of-age comedy from 2007 stars baby-faced Ellen Page as a 16-year-old who gets pregnant and chooses to give the baby up for adoption in Juno. The dialogue is drunk on pop culture references, but it comes fast, as do the laughs, until the lighter teen tone is punctured by the very adult decisions Juno is forced to make. Michael Cera, Jason Bateman and Jennifer Garner co-star. Rated PG-13. Out on DVD now.
