An option for a tasty post-parade cooler this Saturday is the whiskey-based Irish Spring cocktail. A sweet blend of peach brandy and orange juice gives this drink a distinctive flavor that’ll have you licking your lips and holding out your glass for more. It may not be green, but it’s very Irish! Grab a Collins glass and fill it with ice. Add 1 ounce of Irish whiskey, 1/4 ounce of peach brandy, 1 ounce of orange juice and 1 ounce of sour mix. Use a bar spoon or swizzle stick to stir everything well, then garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
