Check out celebrity athletes at Pro Bass Challenge

Baseballers and footballers will finally have their chance to compete, finding out who is the stronger … fisherman. Former pro-athletes and anglers will team up July 4-6 for the eighth-annual Pro Bass Challenge and Outdoor Expo. Among the celebrities attending are Antwain Spann of the New England Patriots and Jason McKie of the Chicago Bears. The event benefits the Fallen Heroes of Law Enforcement charity. While the fishing competition will be held in the Atchafalaya Basin, a weigh-in will be filmed live at 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the River Center.
