The R&B singer visits Baton Rouge for the second-ever Love & Laughter concert. R. Kelly, the singer behind classic songs like “I Believe I Can Fly,” “Ignition,” “I’m a Flirt” and “Bump n’ Grind,” will perform at the River Center Thursday. Last year, Kelly released his umpteenth record, Black Panties, and collaborated with Lady Gaga and Phoenix. In his career, he has sold 40 million albums in the U.S. and is considered one of the most successful R&B artists of all time. Tickets for this week’s show start at $35 and are available online.
