Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Baton Rouge – The Capital City is the place to be to ring in 2014.

Radio Bar will host a Mod Dance Party at 10 p.m. DJ Mike Larry will be spinning tracks at Spanish Moon’s New Years Eve Ball. Baton Rouge’s newest bar, Lock & Key Whiskey Bar at Glen’s, will host local rockabilly band The Bedlamville Triflers at 9:30 p.m. Pocket Aces Brass Band and DJ Slimfit will perform at The Pelican House. The Corporate Boulevard bar will also host a balloon drop at midnight. Huey’s Bar will celebrate the occasion with DJ Cmix and DJ PushPlay. Rose Hill Church will host its celebration at the River Center Theatre. The gospel performance starts at 10 p.m. More information is available here. Henry Turner Jr. will perform with Flavor at The Blues Room at 9 p.m. Last and certainly not least, Baton Rouge’s inaugural Red Stick Revelry party kicks off at 9 p.m. in North Boulevard’s Town Square with tunes from Phat Hat.
