Celebrate Dia de los Muertos at the LSU Museum of Art

Saturday Arts for Families at the LSU Museum of Art gets a little post-mortem this weekend with the Dia de los Muertos celebration. Honoring the traditional holiday of Mexican and South American cultures, the day will begin with tours of art with Hispanic roots and ends with an arts lab for children to create puppets and masks inspired by what they’ve observed. The event begins at 10:30 a.m. and is free to museum members, while non-members pay $3 per person. For more information, click here.
