Celebrate Baton Rouge’s International Heritage

Get to know Baton Rouge’s multi-cultural roots at the annual International Heritage Celebration this Sunday. Exhibits representing the culture of more than 40 countries, accompanied by flags, native dress, ethnic food, dance and storytelling will provide an excellent insight into Baton Rouge’s multi-ethnic makeup—not to mention three stages with live music and performances throughout the day. Noon to 8:30 p.m. The Parade of Nations, always a highlight of the event, begins at 3 p.m. Free to the public, at the Baton Rouge River Center and surrounding areas.
