Calling all miniature mad scientists for Kids’ Lab

Kids ages 6-12 can get their hands dirty with Kids’ Lab science workshops at the Louisiana Art and Science Museum, which explore chemistry and give kids their first introduction to the laboratory as well as performing their own experiments. The lab is free, but each junior scientist must be accompanied by an adult. The 45-minute sessions take place the second and fourth weekends of each month—Saturdays at 10:15 a.m., noon and 2 p.m., and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. For more information, click here.
