California-style yogurt shop to chill in Red Stick

Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt is expected to open at the end of May inside the Mall of Louisiana. The concept is, you make your own mix, weigh and pay. Quirky flavors include original tart, pumpkin, root beer float and two vanillas (white vanilla and very vanilla).
