Calendar: Top chefs in Nola; Zapp’s International Beerfest; Uncorked happens tonight

Dishing it out:  Top Chef Season 5 winner Hosea Rosenberg plans to return to New Orleans in May as a featured guest at FEASTiVAL, a feast of signature dishes paired with select wines—thanks to the New Orleans Wine & Food Experience. The party starts at 7:30 p.m. May 21 at Harrah’s New Orleans Theatre. Zapp right over: The LSU Rural Life Museum will be the honored beneficiary of the Zapp’s International Beerfest, one of the hottest events at the urban country museum. Plan to be there from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. March 28. Tickets, which usually sell out, are $25 by calling 765-2437. Uncork your taste buds: The ever-popular Baton Rouge Uncorked hosts its spring cabernet sauvignon tasting tonight at the Sheraton Atrium. The tasting benefits the YMCA of the Capital Area’s Strong Kids Campaign.
