Tap some Tin: You’ve heard the buzz—now, get the buzz! Tonight at the Bulldog Bar on Perkins Road, you can taste Baton Rouge’s own Tin Roof Brewery beer on tap. Grab your $3 Tin Roof pint to enjoy with a bowl of free jambalaya, indoors or outside on the patio. Starts at 4 p.m. Give back with gumbo: The Baton Rouge Rugby Club will be hosting a gumbo contest charity fundraiser to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge next Friday, November 26. $10 at the door will let you taste and vote for the people’s choice award in both seafood-based and sausage-based gumbo. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Qdoba collection: Qdoba Mexican Grill is teaming up with the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank to help fight hunger this holiday season. Come to Qdoba on Sunday, Dec. 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Towne Center with three or more canned goods and get an order of free chips and three-cheese queso.
