Juban’s Restaurant hosts a five-course Bastille Day wine dinner Tuesday evening to celebrate France’s independence day. Le menu—inspired by the recipes of Auguste Escoffier, the father of modern French cuisine—includes terrine of rabbit with microgreens, smoked duck breast, seafood-stuffed turban of sole with Sauce Nantua, beef filets with truffle Madeira sauce and plenty of frommage, champagne and desserts.
