It’s your party: The Louisiana Culinary Institute is offering leisure classes at its sleek, modern facility off Airline Highway. Learn how to plan a dinner party with Chef Celeste Gill, who will teach you how to shop for and product an artful, gourmet meal for intimate gatherings. Space is limited for the class 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 27. Tickets are $100 and available through LouisianaCulinary.com. The taste of Southern France: Enjoy the food and wine of Southern France this month as The Grape in Perkins Rowe hosts a pairing menu everyday this month. Who wants to pair truffled mousse paté and cheese gougers with La Noble Chardonnay? Tickets are $35 and reservations are recommended.
