Wine and dine holiday-style: Join Chef Peter Sclafani, executive chef of Ruffino’s, this Monday for his monthly cooking class. Herbs for the holidays: Culinary herbalist Sarah Liberta will host her second annual Holiday Herbal Tea and Workshop at the Baton Rouge Garden Center, 7950 Independence Boulevard. Liberta will demonstrate recipes and craft ideas for using herbs and spices in foods and decorations for the holidays. Guests will make items to take home.
