Calendar: Dancing with David St. Romain … Symphony’s Closing Night Gala at Stroubes

Dance and donate: David St. Romain and Sullivan’s Steakhouse will be hosting Dancing with David St. Romain on March 21, 7-10 p.m. Admission is $20 at the door, and all proceeds will benefit Volunteers of America’s programs serving homeless individuals and families and people with disabilities. There will also be a live and silent auction hosted by Ronnie Rantz. Guests can purchase delicious Sullivan’s dishes while they enjoy the entertainment. Sweet tea and symphony: On Thursday, March 22, celebrate the close of another glorious year of classical music by the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra with a pre-performance dinner at Stroubes. The prix fixe menu includes crawfish crępes, duck and mushroom pasta, and white chocolate bread pudding, among many other choices. Doors open at 5 p.m. $45 per person, including tax and gratuity.
