‘Business Report’: Stabiler talks new restaurants

Wayne Stabiler, who has created popular restaurants such as The Little Village and Le Creolé—and more recently opened Stab’s Steak and Seafood in Central—tells Daily Report he closed on the purchase of a Jefferson Highway site last Friday. There, the restaurateur will develop a new restaurant. “We’re really excited. There’s just something about the energy in that area that I really like,” says Stabiler of the property at 7666 Jefferson Highway, which is located just across the street from Bocage Village. Stabiler says he’s still finalizing details, but will likely have an announcement in the coming months. Stabiler is also working on other restaurants to bring to town. Read the full story.
