BR Walls Block Party

Thursday night from 7 p.m.-9 p.m., BR Walls muralists Saliha Staib and Clark Derbes will be out painting live on the side of the McGlynn, Glisson & Mouton building at 340 Florida Street with DJ Otto spinning tunes to give the evening that perfect block party feel. Just across the street at the corner of Florida and Third Street, local art group the Elevator Projects will be holding their first-ever live ART-cade, with life-sized and hand-made interactive games. Think real-time Pac-Man and life-size Whack-A-Mole and you’ll get the idea behind this fun evening. Free and open to the public, although to play the ART-cade games you’ll need to buy tickets. More info can be found here.
