Boudreaux and Thibodeaux hooks ’em with blues star

John Lee Hooker Jr., son of the late and legendary John Lee Hooker, returns to Boudreaux and Thibodeaux Friday night to bring his contemporary blues arrangements to a Red Stick audience. A two-time Grammy nominee, Hooker’s soulful, gravelly sound is modern but unmistakably true blues. No cover. 10 p.m. in the B&T nightclub.
