The 10th annual Summer Plant Sale and Gardening Expo is going on at the BREC botanic garden on Independence Blvd. this Saturday. Expert vendors and botanic garden members will be on hand to display new varieties and discuss proper plant-care techniques. All proceeds will benefit the further development of the botanic garden, so you can feel good about indulging your every landscaping obsession. 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
