A celebratory concert originally scheduled for Father’s Day has turned into a July explosion of blues talent. Maze featuring Frankie Beverly headlines the show at the River Center this Friday. The original Father’s Day concert was postponed to this date due to a scheduling conflict. Tickets purchased for the original event will be honored. Among the other performers are Tucka, Shirley Brown, Labrado, Gina Brown and more. Tickets start at $33 and are available through Ticketmaster. Doors open at 7 p.m. The show starts at 8 p.m.
