Bin 77 features roasted rabbit and more on Thursday tasting menu
The Perkins Rowe bistro and wine bar Bin 77 is still offering its Thursday tasting menu. For $35 per person, patrons can enjoy three courses, each paired with a wine included in the cost.
This Thursday’s menu includes roasted rabbit and dumplings with pork skin cracklins paired with St. Clement Chardonnay; a five-spice duck breast with roasted grape and risotto, plum sauce glacé and baby bok choy paired with Beringer Pinot Noir; and lamb tournedos with black currant-port wine glaze, celeriac and fennel puree and brűléed onion tartlet paired with Girard Petite Sirah.
