Bikers take over Third Street for block party

Motorcycle enthusiasts should not miss the block party on the 200 block of Third Street this Saturday, as Deep South Choppers will unveil its newest custom-built bike. LA Rider, a local TV show, will film the party in front of Boudreaux & Thibodeaux. Southern-fried music by the Hippy Smith Band, and plenty of food. The best part: No cover charge. 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
