Bring home a new piece of art for that empty wall and support local art appreciation with Baton Rouge Gallery’s annual KINETICS live art auction Friday. Held at the City Park gallery, the auction will offer up 30 works from esteemed local artists, and proceeds will benefit both the gallery and its roster of artist members. A $40 ticket will get you into the fundraiser, which begins at 7 p.m. BIdding on each piece begins at $100, and raffle packages worth $2,000 will also be on hand.
