Bethany Jones McCullough – The Of Moving Colors dancer and choreographer shares with 225 the items that mean the most to her.

Paintings. These are by my mother, Meg Jones. She is my favorite artist.

Sewing machine. This is an antique Singer that my grandmother gave my mom, and then my mom gave to me. She taught me how to sew on this machine. My first sewing projects were attaching the ribbons and elastic on to my pointe shoes for ballet class.

Photographs. These are of my children, Eleanor and Samuel, and were taken by Britney Smith Photography.

The Visit. This was my favorite book when I was a child, and I love the illustrations by Eloise Wilkin. I look forward to reading it to my daughter.

Lace baptism gown. My daughter’s baptism gown made of ecru lace by Baby Beau and Belle.

Gold necklace. This is an antique that my dad gave my mom and passed down to me.

Engagement ring. My engagement ring, which has my husband’s paternal grandmother’s diamond. Mary McCullough wore it for 25 years, and then it was passed to my mother-in-law, Gloria, who also wore it for 25 years.

Bible. One of my most cherished possessions. I use this for daily devotion, prayer and study. I have had it for 15 years, and it is beginning to show signs of tattered pages, but it cannot be replaced because it has many years of notes and highlights on the pages.
