Being green in the Red Stick
Baton Rouge may have one of the largest Earth Day celebrations in the nation (ours is this Sunday afternoon downtown), but traditional vegetarians still may not have the easiest time dining out. Sticking to an animal-friendly diet is more than just removing the sausage from a plate of red beans and rice.
