Baton Rouge gets its own Magnolia Grill
Magnolia Grill on Coursey Boulevard is no relation to Magnolia Grill in New Orleans, nor is it affiliated with Magnolia Café in St. Francisville. But if you’re looking for its link to another restaurant, you have only to look to its chef, Gus Pagoulato, who’s been cooking in kitchens all across the country for decades, and its owner, Christina Pagoulato, who has been elbow-deep in her family’s various restaurants since she was old enough to bus tables. “Restaurants have been my whole life,” says Christina.
