Baton Rouge bartenders compete this weekend

Area bartenders will go head-to-head Friday to see who can create the official cocktail of the inaugural Red Stick Revelry celebration. The official Red Stick Revelry Cocktail Contest kicks off at 7 p.m. at the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel. There, 12 bartenders will be crafting concoctions to be the cocktail of the Baton Rouge New Year’s party next Tuesday. Six celebrity judges will be on hand, and Jay Ducote will emcee the competition.
