Another ‘Hangover’

How do you craft a sequel to the must successful R-rated comedy of all time? If you are writer/director Todd Phillips and your film is The Hangover, you simply pick a new exotic city to have your stars get obliterated in and loose their memories along with their minds while trying to put the pieces together of another night-gone-wrong. New on DVD this week, The Hangover Part II stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha and breakout comedic star Zach Galifianakis in the roles they made famous two years ago as the foursome jets to Thailand to celebrate the impending wedding of Helms’ formerly cuckolded dentist Stu. Somehow the planned pre-wedding brunch goes horribly awry. Jamie Chung, Paul Giamatti, Ken Jeong, Jeffrey Tambor and Mike Tyson co-star. Rated R.
