An Epic farewell

Local progressive/ instrumental rock band Epic is disbanding. Bassist Jason Navo is leaving for Nashville while the other members hope to work on different musical projects in the future. But before Epic carves its headstone in Baton Rouge’s rock scene, they will perform their final show at Northgate Tavern this Friday night. Astereo Sound opens. 10 p.m. $5. 18 and up.
