‘Alone’ no more
Thursday night, the Manship Theatre presents a special screening of Dare Not Walk Alone, a film that uncovers the untold story of the St. Augustine civil rights battle. It’s a bold look at the aftermath of desegregation in modern-day St. Augustine, and the realities that the city’s youth face today. Called the “civil rights film for the modern age,” the film is a bold look at the forces that shaped the movement then and now. Tickets are $6.50, 7 p.m. (Image courtesy Manship Theatre)
