All Tied Up

Days when I cannot seem to figure out what to wear and rip apart my closet are always frustrating; trying on outfit after outfit and nothing works. Then, all of a sudden, the perfect idea pops into your head. Though it seems like a crazy combination, you end up loving it! That was this outfit. A loose crop top and wide leg pants are a huge no-no for petite frames, but the balance of skin and fabric keeps it from being overwhelming.

Truth be told, this top is a swim cover up, and I rarely wear these pants because they are hard to wear, but the moments when it just works are why I keep seemingly odd items in my closet. I can’t live on just basics. A little variety never killed my vibe.
