All the King’s Men at the Reilly Theatre this weekend
Robert Penn Warren’s novel, All the King’s Men, is a classic—the colorful dialogue and characters, politics and mystery being just some of the reasons millions pick up a fresh copy each year. The plight of its main characters Willie Stark and Jack Burden, and their relationship with each other is perhaps the biggest reason why All the King’s Men will always be noted.
This weekend, the Swine Palace kicks off its run of Adrian Hall’s adaptation of Warren’s novel at the Reilly Theatre. The production features a big cast, direction from George Judy, and original music by Randy Newman. Check out Jeff Roedel’s interview with some cast members here. Show times are at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $28. Discounted prices for seniors and students are available. For more information, click here.
