All in the ‘Family Guy’

Finally Family Guy creator Seth McFarland’s series of animated Star Wars parodies is complete and collected together in a new DVD set called the Family Guy Trilogy. Including Blue Harvest and two uproarious sequels: Something, Something, Something Dark Side and It’s a Trap!, McFarland’s riff on the most beloved science fiction franchise of all time is heavy on insider jokes—only diehards of both Family Guy and Star Wars will get all of the laughs—is a great ride through pop culture. And half the fun is just seeing who the supporting characters will pop up to play in George Lucas’ universe. Alex Borstein, Seth Green and Mila Kunis co-star. These films are not rated.
