42 (in theaters Friday)

The story of one of baseball’s legends, Jackie Robinson, hits movie theaters Friday. Directed by Brian Helgeland (the Oscar-winning writer who adapted L.A. Confidential), 42 could be a home-run candidate for biopic of the year when you consider the pedigree of the cast. The film features supporting turns from Harrison Ford, Christopher Meloni and Lucas Black. However, all eyes will be on Chadwick Boseman, the young actor who plays Robinson and could become a star after this film. Rated PG-13. Watch the trailer below:
