2012 Blues Gala

Thursday night, blues lovers from across the state will honor blues artists Lightnin’ Hopkins, Emanuel Crump and T-Bone Walker, as well as celebrate with live blues and Baton Rouge cuisine at the Capitol Park Museum. Enjoy an awards ceremony emceed by Larry Garner, followed by a swamp-blues jam, starting at 8:30 p.m., featuring Garner, Kenny Neal, Henry Gray, Luther Kent, Lil’ Ray Neal, Oscar “Harpo” Davis and James Johnson.
