Swing in the New Year @ Manship Theatre

Swing in the New Year at Manship Theatre and enjoy an evening with the Red Stick Rat Pack, a performance headlined by Ned Fasullo & the 17-piece Fabulous Big Band Orchestra, actor/comedian/singer Jamie Wax with vocalist Hugo Andricain. The celebration begins at 7:30 p.m. with appetizers and a champagne toast before the show; followed by the theatre performance, a “Rat Pack” style variety show that sends you back to the era of a ‘50s Vegas casino showroom. Then after the concert there will be dancing in the Studio Theatre with Hugo Andricain and the Fabulous Jazz Trio, as well as Avoyelles specialties and a countdown champagne toast. WYKN Presents New Year’s Eve Bash and Costume Contest

New Years Eve at the Texas Club is a 26-year tradition. This year the doors fly open at 8 p.m. and everyone who enters enjoys 99-cent drinks from 8-9:30 p.m. Plenty of noise makers and party favors will be on hand at the front door.
