You’d think a band with ten members, all from different groups with various styles would be a mess, but Nashville’s Ten Out of Tenn pulls off the mix with aplomb. A self-described “singer-songwriter supergroup,” their new compilation album dropped just yesterday. A show works with each artist—in this case, Joy Williams, Andrew Belle, Trent Dabbs, Kyle Andrews, Ashley Monroe, Mikky Ekko, Sarah Siskind, k.s. Rhoads, Jedd Hughes,and Madi Diaz—performing two songs while acting as their own house band. Swapping instruments and vocals throughout, it’s like witnessing a live remix.
