Barcadia launches Saturday brunch for summer

What goes better with a lazy summer Saturday than bottomless mimosas, savory bacon and old-school video games?

Starting this Saturday, April 16, Barcadia will open early to serve all of that.

Just for the summer, the restaurant will add a Saturday brunch to its weekend offerings, which already included Sunday brunch. The Saturday brunch will run until the start of football season in the fall, according to a press release.

Brunch will be available Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., featuring $10 bottomless mimosas and $3 Bloody Marys.

Barcadia’s brunch menu:

Breakfast tacos: choice of bacon, egg & cheese; sausage, egg & cheese; or potato hash, egg & cheese
BLT+E: bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and overeasy egg
Shrimp and grits: blackened shrimp over stone-ground grits
French toast with bacon crumble
Chicken and pancakes
Sides: two eggs, potato hash, breakfast sausage, bacon, grits or toast
