Where to go for Louisiana Craft Brewers Week

It’s Louisiana Craft Brewers Week, and that means a lot of bars in the Capital City will be carrying limited runs of brews from across the state. Check out the calendar below for specialty local beers and where to get them.

Wednesday

5 p.m. Tin Roof Brewing’s Barrel Aged Parade Ground Coffee Porter on tap at The Bulldog

Road trip: Jay Ducote will host the 2nd Annual Louisiana Brewers Bash at The Irish House in New Orleans. Taste-test 24 beers from 12 breweries, get a souvenir tasting glass and food for $45. Buy tickets here.

Thursday

5 p.m. Gnarly Barley’s Peanut Butter Korova Milk Porter on tap at The Chimes on Highland Road

5 p.m. Abita’s cask-conditioned Mint Julep Turbodog and NOLA Brewing’s Ales for ALS IPA on tap at The Bulldog

5 p.m. Bayou Teche’s Knott’s Berry Farm on tap at Corporate Brew & Draft

Friday

5 p.m. Gnarly Barley’s Peanut Butter Korova Milk Porter on tap at Corporate Brew & Draft

5 p.m. Mudbug’s Cafe Au Lait Frosty Randall and Gnarly Barley’s Peanut Butter Korova Milk Porter at The Bulldog

Noon-10 p.m. Blueberry Yonder Hefe and barrel-aged Parade Ground coffee porter at the Tin Roof Tap Room

Road trip: The Red White and Brew in Hammond hosts Bayou Teche Brewing, Parish Brewing and Tin Roof Brewing at 6:30 p.m. On tap is Tin Roof’s Raspberry Wheat Pin, Bayou Teche’s Miel Sauvage and Parish Brewing’s Dr. Hoptigon.

Saturday

5 p.m. NOLA Brewing’s Darkest Before Dawn Munich Dunkel at The Bulldog

Noon-10 p.m. Blueberry Yonder Hefe, cucumber and basil-infused Turnrow and barrel-aged Parade Ground coffee porter at the Tin Roof Tap Room

Road trip: The Red White and Brew in Hammond hosts Gnarly Barley, Chafunkta Brewing and Covington BrewHouse at 6:30 p.m. On tap will be Peanut Butter Porter from Gnarly Barley, Red Rocker pink cask and Bayou Blaze from Chafunkta, and Chocolate Vanilla Feistbeer from Covington

Sunday

Noon-10 p.m. Blueberry Yonder Hefe, Bloody Mary-infused Blonde Ale and barrel-aged Parade Ground coffee porter at the Tin Roof Tap Room
