High demand means Baton Rouge will have to wait for Hanley’s ranch

The long-awaited release of Hanley’s Foods ranch dressing has been postponed until Nov. 6.

Founder of Hanley’s Foods Richard Hanley Jr. says the demand for the dressing is so high that in order to distribute it evenly among stores, the public will have to wait.

“We’re taking orders for our new ranch right now, and we’re seeing that we need more time to make the dressing,” he says.

Originally slated for release in September, the gluten and GMO-free dressing will soon be available in stores alongside Hanley’s avocado, strawberry vinaigrette and Sensation salad dressings.

The Nov. 6 release will include a launch party (location to be announced) featuring a ranch fountain, free samples, veggies for dipping and wine.

All Hanley’s Foods dressings are plant-based and produced with the idea of sustainability and healthier alternatives to regular dressings.

“We’ve just been up to our heads in ranch—it’s a game changer,” Hanley says. “We’ve worked ridiculously hard on it over the last year and now it’s ready. We just have to make a lot of it.”

Hanley’s Foods products can be found at Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, Associated Grocers stores, Red Stick Spice Co., Indie Plate, Rouse’s, LeBlanc’s, Ralph’s or on its website.
