Alexander’s Highland Market hosts spring pop-up market

Alexander’s Highland Market hosts its first spring pop-up market Sunday, March 1, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Attendees can enjoy seasonal treats such as satsuma jelly and fig preserves from GrinningJupiter Jammery, as well as spring-themed sweets from Cake Jewels.

Pennington Biomedical Research Center nutritionists will also be on hand sharing health tips, discussing current health studies and sampling a special Lenten recipe from their test kitchen.

Other participating businesses at the market include Louisiana Gold honey, Andi Lynn’s Elderberry Syrup, Delightful Palate and Malco’s Magnificent Salsa.
