Experience Kids’ Lab at LASM – The Louisiana Art and Science Museum’s kid-friendly event returns this weekend.

The Louisiana Art & Science Museum’s kid-friendly event returns this weekend. Kids ages 6-12 will have the opportunity to explore the world of science at 10:15 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Saturday, and at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday. This month’s activity is about discovering how electricity can be generated using produce such as potatoes and lemons. At the lab, participants will receive a cool backpack with surprises inside. Participants can sign up on a first come, first served basis and may also pre-register by emailing [email protected] through noon Thursday the week prior to the event. Kids’ Lab is free for members of LASM and included in the price of general admission, which is $7.25 for adults and $6.25 for children. For more information, click here.
