Jonathan Brilliant’s installation at the Louisiana Art & Science Museum, “The Red Stick Piece,” will come crashing down Sunday. The artist created the work with nearly 50,000 wooden coffee stir sticks held together only by tension. See 225‘s video interview with Brilliant, who built the installation as part of a 10-day residency at the museum. The event kicks off at 2 p.m. The sticks will be donated to an area school to use as art supplies. Admission is $7.25 for adults and $6.25 for children 2-12 and seniors 65 and older.
