The Louisiana Art & Science Museum hosts Viewing and Doing Art! Saturday at 10:30 a.m. The event is perfect for ages 6-12. This month, participants will create a unique zig-zag book for sketching and journaling in during the summer. Admission is $7.25 for adults, $6.25 for children 2-12.

The Baton Rouge Zoo hosts World’s Oceans Day Sunday. Festivities start at 9:30 a.m. and include activities that teach children about the ocean’s importance. Admission is $8.25 for adults and teens, $5.25 for children 2-12 and free for children 1 and younger.
